Core definition
Commissionable Net Sales (CNS)
CNS is the eligible value after exclusions, adjustments, refunds and plan rules. Product price and CNS may differ.
No eligible retail sale means no sales commission.

A reserve may hold part of a recorded commission for returns, refunds or later adjustments.
